Marcos Maccio is the founder of Maccio Atelier. Originally from Argentina and based in Alicante, he has spent more than twenty years working one to one with adults in mobility, motor control, postural re-education and functional capacity. His work is built on a precise reading of movement: observing how the body organises itself, identifying relevant asymmetries and building progressions that respect each person's real stage.
In 2011 he co-founded a studio in Madrid dedicated to Pilates, movement and postural re-education, where he helped establish the service, worked directly with clients and built quality standards. That stage consolidated a way of working based on continuity, technical criteria and responsibility for the whole process.
Between 2023 and 2026 he worked in an international reference centre in Alicante, maintaining a high volume of private sessions with guests of different nationalities and profiles from thirty to eighty years old. That experience refined a standard of service, presence, discretion and precision that now defines the character of Maccio Atelier.
His training combines Polestar Pilates certification as a Pilates Studio and Mat Practitioner, physical training, myofascial chains, hypopressive abdominal work and applied work with adult and senior populations. He adds specific training in hospitality, communication and intercultural excellence, so that each session carries the same rigour in both the criteria and the way it is delivered.
